Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child was born into an ethnically diverse family from South London. She is English, and her father was Nigerian. She was born on the South London council estate, as a teenager, she 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She pursued acting studies at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. At the academy and performing in numerous stage productions, such as King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career by starring in a movie titled Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared as a guest for Teachers, Doctors, Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer came from the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred alongside Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. The film's success has led her to be cast in Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. In 2008, she was cast as Bambi who was the leading character in the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was the main character in How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others. The comedy made in the year 2008. A couple of her credits on stage include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) and Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe was chosen to play Ashley Davenport for the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode drama aired just two weeks on The CW and then it came to an end. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe was a regular on the drama series of Revenge on ABC for two seasons. The show was announced in May 2013 that she was set to leave the series after making one guest appearance on the first episode of season three. From 2014 until 2016she appeared in Salem in the role of Tituba. Then, in June of 2012 Madekwe was married to her long-time love, actor Iddo Goldberg. Together, they worked in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He was also a part of the cast with her on Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actor who was raised by a big family. She was the daughter of Patty and Roy Leggat. Four of her older brothers were also present: twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's brothers, who are all sportsmen, played baseball during the summer and played hockey during winter. Ashley did not walk; instead, she would dance. When she was two and a half, she was introduced to Baby Ballet. Ashley began to develop a love of dancing when she began the Baby Ballet. Ashley competed in top-level divisions for jazz, tap hip hop, ballet Acrobatics, Lyrical Musical Theatre and pointe until she graduated from high school. The top soloist at major competitions such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which were all given to Ashley.
