Katy Perry is an American artist and singer who was raised in an orthodox family, and was raised up under many restrictions. She started singing gospel songs at the age of teen, following her early years in the church. Perry was permitted to listen to whatever music that she wanted from friends although it went against her parents' wishes. Perry has always had a the desire to be a musician. Perry was a flamboyant person who was able to defend her desire to become famous and followed through with the dream. She did not achieve success initially and was faced with a variety of difficulties before gaining her first big break. The majority of her music was deleted before she was hired by 'Capitol records.' Her second album, 'One for the Boys' came out to be an enormous success, marking a turning point in her professional career. Then, her profession as a musician took off. It was her next album, "Teenage Dreams", which enthralled a lot of people who love music, and turned it into one of the top album ever. Katy Perry became a well-known artist after this album. The album broke records in many ways. Perry's charitable work isn't solely attributed to her role as a performer and writer, but also for her numerous records that she's produced. Perry is an LGBT rights activist.
