Her tenure working at The Washington Post was spent reporting on numerous Olympics, Grand Slam Tennis, football and basketball. Also, she reported for TBS broadcasting golf and baseball broadcasts, and Final Four broadcasts on CBS. This is only the second nomination in 42 years of this award to a woman from the more than 200 nominees contestants.
