Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Her initial inspiration was shadows reflected on grass. Months later, she developed a method which did not render the chosen object on the canvas as an image that was flat. The subject is a mirror of itself, while the canvas is carrying an interpretation by painting of the object, particularly in the case of a living item or something perishable, such as fruit or people. The ephemeral nature of her painterly style is obvious and what survives of Alexa Meade's works is a photograph. Photography and painting techniques are tightly coordinated, resulting in a two-dimensional, flat area that is trompe l'oeil. The only elements of the picture like hair and eyes, display the three-dimensional dimension. Meade can sometimes incorporate her painting into the surrounding three-dimensional environment that allows them to interact within the context of their own. It eliminates any distinction between painting, photography and installation.
